Zeev, I greatly appreciate your contributions to SI. I always find you informative. You are a great asset to this information vehicle.

The continuing slow bleeding of the NAZ has me concerned that the rally you are envisioning may not materialize. And, I am especially intrigued by your thoughts that a meltdown may occur next year. Aren't we already in a typically sick season for stocks? And, haven't we seen repeated failures of attempts to rally and negative preannouncments? Anadigics (ANAD) was the victim du jour. This market doesn't seem to have much holding it up. Given that you think the time to be out of this market entirely (I assume that would be your response to the big downturn the turnips are anticipating, although there is always something to buy), isn't it time to lighten up?

I am also interested in your thoughts about what some are calling the "nuclear winter" scenario. Thanks for your comments.

Trindy

Zeev,
I doubt if this will change your mind, but here is an interesting interview with the ASML CEO, who says that the semi cycle will extend till 2003, due in part to new equipment--and therefore continuing capacity--shortfalls: Message 14388993.

Zeev, it looks like CDTS is about to have a higher price than SCON. I'm back to shaking like an Autumn leaf. It seems more appropriate in Sept. <g>
