donjuan, I know that they have turned the South Florida Schools into Horror Stories. The Suprentendant of Schools in Polk County came close to getting "tarred and feathered"
when he insisted the students wear uniforms??? He is being forced into Retirement this year;-) The uniforms they are wearing is a JOKE...jeans so long as they are certain volors and as long as they do not have Hilfiger labels it is OK????? The State School System ranked 48 out of 50 the last I heard????

they need to give the teachers pistols. a teacher suggested that in one district and was drummed out of the district.

also, the kids should check their weapons at the door.

but now we're a bunch of sissy hand-wringers and we come up with stupid 'solutions' to our 'problems.'
