Robert: Haven't heard any more on that since Judge Jackson handed down his preliminary findings in April which triggered the Nasdaq pull back along with Microsoft. GH

if i recall correctly, sometime in Aug, MSFT said they were restarting their buyback program (which they couldn't before July due to Visio deal)

MSFT also repriced (doubled) employee options to around mid 60's, so I imagine somewhere around here is where they would defend their stock.
