I was being facetious. I understand the North Central US students have the highest standardized test scores. While growing up in northern Indiana, I had a cousin who failed miserably in school. When their family moved to Arkansas he immediately became an A/B student.knc

Alex, I think it has come down to this; You have to either run for office so you can initiate changes or you have to leave the state. *g*
