donjuan, I lived in Miami in the middle of Cuban neighborhood after Hurricane Andrew for six months. I saw forst hand what you are talking about. The Language is one
big barrier. All should learn English ASAP after you get to
this country. At the turn of the Century the Italians in NYC
were saying the same thing. The Language Barrier is such a
problem. Most countries in the world use English as a second language...
