The only thing the two countries are doing together are marching under one flag. North Korea's economy is in shambles. Would like to see some cooperation between the two as well as other countries step up to the plate to help. Don't look for any contracts to come from N. Korea. In fact, that is the one area of the world where a real possibility of military conflict exists due to the fact that N. Korea is hurting so badly.
