He's saying Clinton did the same he did with every other part of his administration - MIS-SPENT THE MONEY! That which these guys haven't stolen they have wasted!

He would have done better to fix what is now under government control before he buys more. He would have done better to have spent the money in the education accounts than allowing it be stolen & wasted.

Yeah, but look at what Duh is saying now about National parks! He is saying that Clinton didn't do enough!

It's a big difference between setting aside money for MORE national parks and monuments, or spending that money on EXISTING parks..

Clinton is accumulating even more territory that the taxpayers (that's us, btw) will now have to spend more money to manage.
