Personally .. I like to see the Slow Sto on the Bottom of the range. That way there is a Greater possibility for an UP Move. It's also better to have the MACD Crossing Over or near the zero line. Add an increasing Money Flow above the Zero Line. It should be Trending Up showing Accumulation.

It's also better to be above the Important Moving Averages. the 50dma 100dma and 200dma.

But a Picture is worth a thousand words .. so take a Peek at UTCI today and see if you can see the 'Possible' begining here. This one also shows a False Signal just a few weeks ago. Mainly because the Slow Sto was not at the Bottom of it's Range and it's not completed the Cup Fully. IMHO. They sometimes do a few false machinations before the Real Run.
