I think the NAZDAQ is at critical levels. I think the lows
established in Aug 3 need to hold otherwise its back to
retesting the May lows. The only positives are the financials, the strength of the US dollar and the fact that
the fed is clearly going to be out of the way. The negatives
are that most breakouts have failed.
