Yes... I first learned about DMIC several years ago by
reading a Business Week article about Kopp and his
investments. I've been a fan of DMIC and Kopp ever since.

The link I provided indicated that Kopp has 4.09% of the
73 M STXN shares outstanding... that's about 3 Million
shares... as of 6/30/00. But if you look at Kopp's 13F
filing with the SEC for the period ending 6/30/00, you
see two entries: one indicating they have 3 Million shares
of STXN and another indicating they have 8.3 Million shares.

I think all this info is correct... that while Kopp may
only have 3 Million shares in his emerging growth fund,
he's somehow involved with these other 8.3 Million shares
as well.
