Sy I received my joint proxy statement/prospectus for ingofo2net today....it is about 150 pages long and has all kinds of tidbits it in...stockholders meeting set for oct 12.....the most interesting piece of information I spotted was something that came up in a rehash of the events leading up to the merger...it looks like they were going to do this in the fall of 99 but when the AA stock price went up in December he said forget about it...later events unfolded and a bunch of meetings followed...on page 44 it says on July 9, 2000 that "Messrs" Horowitz, Jain and Sarin met to talk about the deal....now what is interesting here is that I believe the reference of "MESSRS" is an abbreviation for Messiah Russell....wouldn't you agree?
