Puck:

Thank you for the excellent post which explains alot, but leaves one item of mystery for me. LONE got some $$ from the Canadian shortpricks which precipitated the whole RICO suit debacle. In exchange for the $$, the debenture holders received stock - do I remember all this correctly?

Once the exchange happened the shortpricks flooded the marked with stock and LONE tumbled to worthlessness.

SO, what happened to the money obtained from the debenture holders. It was never spent on any acquisition. Shouldn't LONE have this as a significant asset?

Anybody know?

Bobb

Good info, sour content - asked MC is he had time and interest in drawing the docket once more.

Yup, we sure have had good hours here, and learned a lot too.

See you around puck :)

Thanks for the good post. What I am wondering about is that a RICO suit is for criminal behavior. It is a government act not a civil one. LONE is just the victim. As far being concerned for the welfare of the Chapel's is concerned; how do we know they didn't short the stock under another name offshore.

Floorless debentures is corporate suicide unless you have been paid to take the fall.

This is pure speculation on my part; I have no idea what happened.

I have found a website called www.eraider.com that invests in companies like LONE and then takes action.

Check it out.

Best to all,
