NHTC, check this post out on RB. Let's see where the announcement takes on Monday. By looking at the trading logs and daily action; we have come off of the bottom and interest is high in the stock right now. It looks like insiders were getting in over the past couple of weeks. Have previously followed NHTC on the Yahoo board. Unfortunately, Yahoo has now removed the messages on NHTC. I have been long 25,000 shares for over 1 year, 20,000 shares for one month. Average price is 2.39 for the 45,000 total shares. Needless to say, I need to see some movement in this stock or I will be taking a tax loss for this year. The broker who originally sold the 25,000 shares to me has hinted at a significant announcement soon. With the action of big blocks during recent trading sessions that appears to be the case. However, I expected to see this announcement last week. My guess is that we will see a merger of Kaire, Global Health, and Natural Health Trends into Network Online, the company that NHTC recently issued a letter of intent to acquire.
