You are right about this management: overpaid riverboat gamblers who poorly calculate their odds. And you should not be criticized for changing your mind about the stock, as you couldn't be a fortune teller about what these bozos would do in the last few years. I bought mine at 70 and sold recently at 50 as I see ample opportunities elsewhere. I do however sense that current prices largely discount the negatives we have been discussing, and if they are willing to sell the parts as cheaply as they did ECM, then perhaps a deal will come on AZS also. Probably for not as much as what I projected in my prior posts though.
