SE, This next month we could have a little run to earnings which is right before expirations......ya might want to just keep that in mind when selling ya calls.........some of that time compression Volt talks about....?????

I agree with your comment re selling ccs before the front month expires. Greatest decrease in premium occurs.

"no sense covering today after a down week", true, but this IS a good time to be selling naked puts going into October, no?
I have been selling CC's for some time now and am tinkering around with the idea of selling NP's close to the money, at a price I would not mind owning the stock at, and then a month from now, if I am Put to, buying the stock and THEN selling the CC's.
I would appreciate any input about this strategy from any of you Grizzled Veterans......
