Yes, as much as I sometimes opposed the non release I understand why and agree. Look at how Cacaito and some others react to the data. Would you think fighting this out in the press was more productive than a reasonable expectation that working carefully with the FDA to produce a change? In any event, either for working further with the FDA or mobilizing support from the medical community and public a peer reviewed article was necessary. I believe XOMA management handled this correctly.
