Gore appeared on Letterman.

Letterman requested a joint appearance but Bush the W was a no-show. This would seem to be a good forum for Bush since he is perceived to be witty and personable while Al Gore is stiff. I understand Gore was caught on an open mike at the show calling Letterman a Major League A-----.

Gore has already said it very clearly that as long as he gets the three Commission-sponsored debates, he is willing to beat up Duh in as many other debates that the latter wants him to! <g>
