Eric, That CTI purchase is from several weeks back I'm pretty sure. I remember the paragraph that stated the purchase would have no impact on ADCT's consolidated Financial Statement. I believe it to be about a month old. I'll see if I can find the release in the old releases and post the link if I can find it. YBJay EDIT: Eric I was mistaken re: the Statement on Financials. They also made the "No Impact" statement about the aquisition of the private French company back on 8/31. So the CTI deal may very well be new. If I find anything that indicates otherwise??? I'll post the link buddy. YBJay
