Interesting comment re poor treatment of engineers. Several years ago, back when that stock was much higher... I went out with an engineer that spent her FREE time at Costco buying soda's for the rest of her workgroup so they didn't have to spend so much on the vending machines! It struck me as odd that you take valuable talent and have it wait in line to save a few cents on soda's... while the start-ups were buying great FREE food for their engineers so they would stay late working rather than go home to cook.
