Barron's
So, what about that weak euro? Sun Microsystems boasts nearly a third of its revenues from
Europe, but hedges to offset currency risk. "Coupled with monster demand coming out of Europe,
we don't see a lot of risk in the stock," Wolfe says.(Wolfe is with J.P. Morgan)

<Dear David: I saw that too but it wasnt misleading. >

Yes, it was... albeit not as much as in the past, oil is still pervasive and a price increase of this magnitude if sustained will affect most companies bottom line one way or another. In fact, 99% of analysts are going foreward with their estimates of the future based on sub $30 oil. Maybe, maybe not... but let's not kid ourselves.

<Think about it, what is the oil shortfall? 2-3% of barrels pumped.

At the moment with demand for oil increasing each year.

<Who is REALLY going to be effected? Industrialized nations or 3rd World Nations?>

Anyone using oil or gas... ie. YOU. Think about it... figure out how many billions are siphoned directly out of our already overleaveraged economy with each $ move up in oil... got it yet?

<Most POWER in this nation where large companies need power is from long term contracts plus Coal still supplies the bulk.>

You should have watched the next piece on CNBS.... look at the charts of the electicity producers... yum yum, you know what's going on with electic demand?? Helloooo, McFly!! Anyone home? It's rocketing... the anal-ist was talking how one webhost sight uses as much electicity as 40 office buildings!!! Ho ho.... who cares? Well 95% of new generation plants use: Natural GAS!!! HO HO HO... seen a chart lately???

You're dreaming my friend, the problem is not just Saudi production [the only OPEC member NOT producing at capacity] it's our neglected infrastructure for one... the next IPO darling: Some NG pipleline! LOL Anyone in denial [most of wall street] is toast.
