YxY:

I suggest that you should get hold of the discounted
cash flow (DCF) analysis appearing in any one of
the analyst reports on WCII. You are focusing on
the large amount of debt Winstar has incurred or
is incurring to build its network. However in later
years Winstar has the potential to produce huge
revenues with extremely large gross and net margins.
The only issue for Winstar is to focus on moving
to EBITDA positive as fast as possible at which
point the DCF analyses will look a lot more credible.
In other words investors need to see money at the end
of the tunnel ASAP. Rouhana has grandiose dreams
figuring WCII as BBFW provider for the entire universe.
He should focus on NA first.
