I track volume going back as far as I can and, like, you, I am sensitive to changes in different time frames. I agree that we are seeing a slow increase in volume from the August trough.

From a view that is not concerned with individual instruments, I can say without doubt that this is a critical moment for the market. I choose the word "critical" carefully, as this is not always so. In my mind, it is a time for caution. No need to be holding many speculative positions at this point.

I have no personal interest in SUNW other than as a leading tech equity that I follow, along with a basket of other leaders. Its chart tells me that it is in some peril. Who knows which way it will go, but the chart is screaming "Be careful!".
