Michigan: Gore 45, Bush 37

Illinois: Gore 48, Bush 33

Ohio: Bush 43, Gore 41

Pennsylvania: Gore 51, Bush 33.

I'd really be interested to see how the Democrats answer this....Am sure with Carvell behind the scenes, they will think of something....

Namely, where were all these wonderful new government welfare programs for the past 7 years? Didn't the Democrats care about the elderly in 92 when they controlled the Presidency and both Houses of Congress?? Didn't they care about college student costs then? Didn't they care about Health Care then? (Oh, I almost forgot, Hillary-Care got them booted out of congress). Clinton/Gore and the Democrats could have passed anything they wanted when they controlled both the Presidency and congress only a few short years ago. But we all know why they didn't don't we? They didn't need to buy votes then?
