Saying that George W. "fumbles on words on occasion" is like saying that OJ became a bit irritated with Nicole! Very generous of you! George W has never read a book, has trouble saying the simplest words, and was a coke-head in his youth in a state in which people are imprisoned for life for drug offenses... To some people, this is such brilliant self description, displaying a person's exemplary character and self respect. It shows the type of person and ability to deal with issues and information.
