"handled this correctly" I agreed with you in the management point of view, it did improve xoma chances of dancing the street and baxter away with some $50 millions.

But, the fact remains, the trial is a FAILURE.

"produce change to with the FAD" get a new trial, as suggested by xeoperson himself in the next season again
(I think he/she means never again!), baxter thinks? new indication? in the big million$? after this results?
