This 'personal enablement' myth of the PC has given way to the TRUE enablement of the open standards network. --- The planned obsolescence and constant upgrade costs of the prorietrary MSFT monopoly machine, so popular with shareholders in the past, stands in stark contrast to the real (no BS) enablement of the connected individual, particularly one with anytime anywhere access to his or her 'stuff'. -JCJ
