JGoren, sounds like SpinCo + wireless CNXT makes a lot of sense, especially if that would guarantee admission to the 3G3P (patent pool). Do you agree that SpinCo would need to be the acquirer in order to maintain the upstreaming of new IPR to Qualcomm?

I still don't understand why an agreement with NOK is necessary (it still would be nice) if SpinCo can get into the patent pool.

If there were some combination discussions with wireless CNXT ongoing, that would certainly be a good reason to delay updating the S-1. It would also make for one helluva an IPO, with both original CNXT and QCOM shareholders benefitting.
