Well, I am trying a whole new approach to my trading style, buying low and holding for longer than two days.

We did a 50% retrace on the dow from the latest rally and using larger box sizes on the Naz and SPX will show that we are setting higher lows on each pullback. We are currently at the low side of the upward trending channel on the SPX and Naz.

Also, I believe that the market cycles are shifted to be 3-4 weeks early this year, mainly because the corrections have become so reliable and therefore positions are being exited earlier in an attempt to miss the anticipated correction, therefore precipitating the correction a tad bit early. I believe that this means that the recovery will have a corresponding shift on the calendar.

I should point out though, that I have been a tad bit early on my calls, so probably no need to panic with those short positions<g>. I actually think that the first hour of trading on Monday has a good chance to be negative.
