I thought that the SEC introduced new procedures where such a tender offer must be filed with the SEC. I'm not sure if it's effective yet, or if it was merely a proposal.

Hi Boscoe, Got my tender offer today in the mail from MSDW. Can't blame them for trying but they won't get any of my shares. Given that most of us current holders must look like chumps we probably look like easy marks to folks like Sutter Opportunity fund.
