Looks like Scumbria was working two jobs" Jimbo, Actually, a good working knowledge of our litigeous judiciary system and RAMBUS' patents is just as good a barometer of judging RAMBS' success as is being a chip designing expert. So I'd say you are equally qualified but in a different manner. See, all those court dates helped. Jim

Jim, Makes one wonder why the great self styled chip designers and Dram experts ( Scumbria and BILOW) have been on the wrong end of the market with respect to RDRAM for so long. For 2-1/2 years I have been saying that DRDRAM performance on the desktop is going to be poor. Are you going to argue with this? anandtech.com Scumbria
