DMA, If Boyapati is that gentleman's real name, it would indicate that he could be of Asian Indian descent. A country that placed, and still does, in an unspoken way, place it's citizens in a "caste" system, with those of the lower castes being treated no better than dirt, and worse than cattle. He has no room to be talking about any group in any party in America.
