mr. m, just found your post (thank you!)when I came back to edit mine to say that I regularly clear temporary internet files & the C:/Windows/Temp file.

By cache, do you mean that utility on the browser Tools/Internet Options/Delete Files? I do that too. I did defrag when the problem became so noticeable, about a week ago, & it made no difference at the time.

One thing I should mention I have done, is go into the virtual memory tab of the System Properties & manually set the swap file max/min both to 1024. This made a big improvement in TS 2000i charts which were lagging at the open. I then tried changing this back & it didn't improve the scrolling problem, so I reset manually again.

Am also running RamBooster which I certainly don't fully understand. That was my first tentative on fixing the 2000i chart problem.
