IMO Seaview being used by mostly private and small government agencies. I know, I was thinking of buying some of their equipment and checked out the company. I think that McBride has bigger goals for his company and is looking for a bigger piece of government contracts. With position in World Am his world gets a Lot bigger. Could lead to merger? Thanks 200mph.

From RB: SEC Considers Ending Short Sells

SEC considers ending short sells

ATTN: Posters and lurkers take this to two other boards, asking that it be reposted to identify participation and promulgate this cause.

****

Short interest as a known commodity is part of DD, but not having to be responsible to cover margin calls is the practice that will be curtailed with new legislation. Shoot off an email to the SEC, they are requesting consumer feedback relative to MM short sales.

Comments also may be submitted electronically at the following E-mail address:

Here's an excerpt from the SEC sight.....

OTCBB investors are responding. SEC has received a record number of comments from individual investors, numbering in “the hundreds.” They’re surprised, because they rarely receive many individual responses to such proposals, and the word is out that the issue of MMM is gaining their special attention.

This should easily be responded to by the thousands. I am drafting my response, and will take this cause to two other boards I view.
