Scumbria, OT Computer related business is booming in England and Scotland. Very true However, blockades of oil by well meaning citizenry could threaten this situation. I found the business conditions in England this week to be intolerable... This situation is unprecedented - not only because of what happened, but the widespread support for it at all levels of society. Many people felt it worth the inconvenience of a few days with limited transport to make the point that politicians are the servants of the electorate, not the other way round. ...and it made me question my long term interest in the country. I don't think there will be a repeat. If there is, it will have much less support and will be much less effective. Few people believed that the government would back down, or even that they should in the short term. John
