Manfred you stated>>>>>>>>>>I do not want to go to much into this kind of discussion. I hope you can understand that ...<<<<<<<<
Manfred when you bash a HERO physician like Dr. Girior that is trying hard to get a miracle medication showing clinical benefit for severe amputations and outcome scores NOW all of a sudden you can't answer SIMPLE questions? Not to mention you describing some actions as pathetic?? And after that all of a sudden you don't want to get your hands dirty??? How can you help??? At least email major new organizations to FULLY investigate why Neuprex wasn't approved under Subpart E. Why relentlessly bash Dr. Girior??? At least he is trying to save kid's lives with Meningococcemia while you sit back and bash him when you haven't even taken the time to research the WHOLE history of the Phase III trial and what Subpart E guidelines entail. You have no idea of what role the FDA had in designing the trial. You have no idea of what constraints and parameters were put on him. So once again can we count on you to help get this miracle Biological to kids with Meningococcemia???? Won't take much of your time to send major news organizations an email. Your choice.

Manfred, just think.....a 70% reduction in severe amputations!!!! Investor emotional controlled board???? Now that's a laugh......there is no such animal. ANYWHERE. Emotion is the heart of ANY investment no matter what length of due diligence is performed. Case in point... as a matter of fact it appears you both bought and sold shares of Xoma heavily weighted towards emotion.....now be honest, how much do you really know about Xoma and history of PhaseIII Neuprex trial??? Start with Subpart E designation and what happened when trial expanded PhaseIII to include Great Britian. BTW, can you imagine what type of investor Jim Cramer would be without emotion???LOL Some show it some don't BUT be assured it is there.<g>
