Ratbert, Has Clinton ever shown "guts" about anything? Clinton's approval rating dropped into the 30's after the 1993 act. It cost the Democrats control of the Congress. It was the one of gutsiest political acts I've seen. Bush did something similar with the tax hike that cost him the presidency. Clinton took very gutsy stances on several other occasions. His stance on Haiti was extremely unpopular, as well as Bosnia. Give the man credit where it is due. Scumbria
