My point, however, was that Haq's use of a racially-based judgement (IMHO) was distasteful. You and he can agree or disagree, or not care. I did not want to leave it unchallenged.

The issue of the caste system is India is completely irrelevant to the racial slur Haq put forth. There are all sorts of evils in the world; in most, my actions will have little effect. However, I can stand up to one racially bigoted statement.
