hi bill

yes, i have some thoughts. in no particular order, they are...

you might try what i mentioned to d.alexander here yesterday, which is

"run some of the win98 system tools to look for corruption

start|programs|accessories|system tools|system information|tools...

then try things like 'system file checker', 'registry checker', 'directx diagnostic tool' and 'version conflict manager'"

next thought, i have the same system file but version number is 4.10.2222 (w/132kb size). if you wish, i can email it to you and you can try it.

next thought, make sure that you only have one rnaui.dll file. if more than one, rename all but one something like rnaui.abc and see if that helps.

next thought, is this an invalid page fault? what else does the error message say?

next thought, take a look in msconfig|startup and note if you have any applications starting more than once.

that's it for now. let us know what you find.

:)
