I dont have the guidelines handy, but its something like
they have great flexibility under subpart E to speed the trial process, subpart H to speed the approval process after
bla/nda is filed, and subpart bpi (better pack itin) cause we cut you no slack.

You are dreaming wiggleing rooms and subpart E, get out of xoma now that you are supposedly making money, maybe is
wiggling dollars, or wiglleiginsing profits.

Xoma did try hard including subpart E and did not get it, an you did not get it either.
