Yes, the computer is a decoy. All the information will
mess any attempt to make a working wCDMA unless you have the secret code.
Can you believe that Bloomberg picked this up as newsworthy?
Dr IJ said a lot of things in the conference. It was broadcast live. I was impressed. But this makes the news.
We know he had a back up and not Won Who Lee can crack this codes.

At a minimum, I am confident that if there is sensitive information on Dr IJ's missing laptop, there is a big red button on a control panel at Q headquarters, that can be pushed to trigger an incendiary device to remotely melt the hard drive and render it useless..... while simultaneously gassing the bad guy and rendering him/her unconscious while calling the police and notifying them of the laptop's whereabouts within about 25 feet or so.
