Why don't you direct these questions to the Indian Consulate perhaps the ambassador's staff may send you a reply. what is your agenda for dwelling on such horrors? Wouldn't it rather be more productive use of your time to focus on the achievements and progress there , than to paint these pictures? There is not needed here to paint pictures of Napalmed women and children in Vietnamese villages here either, is there?
