Simple, not philisteric, get an abstract in medline, maybe the patent gives you the reference. If I have time I look for it, my point is not to win, is to learn FATCS. There are no FACTS to approve bpi base on any surrogate point as per subpart E designation, ASK XOMA!!!! xoma KNOWS THAT FACT.
