Ken, your point is well taken. The highest priced calls are for the (typically) most volatile stocks, so a 10%+ downdraft would take your winnings, AND preclude you from selling, unless you bought back the option (at least in my non-naked option IRA!). The responsibility for due diligence is no less here than for any other trading position!!

Ken or anyone. I need suggestions. I have Mar 84 puts on QQQ and have been selling front mo. puts on them. I sold an Oct 89 today and it is now creamed. Any suggestions on how you would handle this position tomorrow?
