With the recent "rumour" that the recent OPEC agreement is not possible/enforcible due to the lack of tanker capacity to transport this extra oil plus Iraq and Kuwait possible fighting makes this target feasible. The bigger brokerages here in Canada are calling for ~$80 Can (?$US40). With ~1 bln barrels in reserve and an anticipated hike in the price of oil to ~$50/barrel TLM may be poised to finally reward the patient investor. Winzer
