i liked grover's report.

only thing i took exception too was this quote:

""By 2002, 2003 the engine should be working. This is a company that can design your site, integrate the site, host it, give it bandwidth" and put transaction services on the back end, Grover said. "They have bundled offerings."

cbs.marketwatch.com

that is one forward looking statement. not sure if investors want to hear what a company might do in 2 or 3 years, although it seemed to work for GLBX.

sigh,
cg

DALLAS, Sept. 21 (LocalBusiness.com) -- Parago Inc., an Internet-based promotional
marketing and customer relationship management company, has sold its creative
services division to Xpedior Inc., an e-commerce services company.

The sale follows Dallas-based Parago's move earlier this year from a consumer
content site to business applications and services. With its transformation, the
company changed its name from How2.com to Parago.

Under the terms of the agreement, Chicago-based Xpedior will issue between 150,000
and 179,540 new shares of its common stock to pay for the acquisition. In trading at
mid day, Xpedior (Nasdaq: XPDR) stock was selling at $4.66.

Officials for the companies could not be reached for comment.

Xpedior provides strategic, technical and creative services to help companies conduct
business over the Internet. It employs 1,700 workers in 25 cities.

In the deal with privately held Parago, Xpedior will get up to 24 new employees skilled
in creative services.

Parago uses proprietary software to help businesses boost sales and customer loyalty,
and capture demographics and other customer data.

Parago recently opened a 32,000-square-foot research and development center in
Coppell.

Parago is a portfolio company of Dallas-based CT Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: CITN), a
business incubator for Internet-based companies.

At mid day, CT Holdings stock was down 3 cents at $1.12. In the past 52 weeks, the
stock has traded between 71 cents and $7.84.
