Les: If Bubba released the ENTIRE SPR, it wouldn't tank oil to $15 (of course it would be incredibly stupid, too, given Sadaam's recent threats...we need it for a WAR, not for a price adjustment). A real threat to the dollar now, is the Euros actually jacking down their fuel taxes. If they do that, it will certainly increase fuel consumption there, increase the price of crude here, stimulate their economies and probably permit rate hikes. All of that would be beneficial to the Euro and may help give the ClownBuck the heart attack it rightfully deserves.....
