If you want to compare memory types, obviously you want to compare them on the same processor.

Using the benchmark you posted:
On Athlon, DDR is 8% faster than PC133.
On PIII, PC133 is much faster than DRDRAM.

On Athlon, DDR beat PC133 on every single benchmark.

I apologize for accusing you for a lack of veracity. Apparently the problem is a severe lack of something else.
