Went back and read the posts from Sept. 7 on and am now more up to speed. That said, I still don't get why the stock is at less than $1.25. I suppose the decision will take some time to become final...possibly some motions for reconsideration and/or review by a bigger FDCA panel perhaps could drag things out for a couple months or more. But assuming that KDUS prevails, what next? Guess I'd just like more assurance that this is a no brainer, since Mr. Market is not yet confirming that theory yet....what could go wrong?
