That is my understanding. It could be a good marriage.

I happen to think that the Palm OS is fantastic (EPOC pretty amazing to). It amazes me what they can do with so little RAM and so little power consumption.

But ... I think they do have to get out of the 16-bit world. I guess they intend to do that. It will be a challenge.
