Thanks, Voltaire, and I concur with your assessment on Q (I presume QCOM, a perfect breakout of $65 in a weak market) and the bu$$. I missed reentering the QCOM train (I had a GTC for the last few weeks at $57, but it never got below $58, you got to miss some, so now, I'll have to pay the piper). If we have some residual weakness early next week, I might still be able to get into QCOM around $64 or so,but if not, well..

TODAY'S SELECTIONS

Today, we are presenting one long selection for your consideration. Additional trade possibilities can be found in the Stocks To Watch Section.

1. Qualcomm (QCOM) ** Long Trade **

DISCUSSION

1. QUALCOMM (QCOM, $66.25, up $3.63) is a leader in developing and delivering innovative digital wireless communications products and services based on CDMA digital technology. Qualcomm's business areas include integrated CDMA chipsets and system software; technology licensing; Eudora email software for Windows and Macintosh computing platforms; satellite-based systems including portions of the Globalstar system and wireless fleet management systems, OmniTRACS and OmniExpress. Qualcomm owns patents which are essential to all of the CDMA wireless telecommunications standards that have been adopted or proposed for adoption by standards-setting bodies worldwide and has licensed its essential CDMA patent portfolio to more than 80 telecommunications equipment manufacturers
worldwide.

Qualcomm is rising again on rumors that China will be selecting the company's CDMA standard for cellular communications. Qualcomm has climbed back above its 50-day MA and is showing the 10-day MA crossing above the 20-day MA while converging toward the 30-day MA. The result of this moving average crossover and convergence of the 10-day, 20-day and 30-day moving averages should be a breakout to the upside. Both Money Stream and Time Segmented Volume have turned higher which is also a positive.

ACTION: BUY with a limit of $65. Out target is $82. Place a stop at $61.
